2. Unfortunately, our products do not come in different colors. But we are sure that you will be pleased with what you receive. And again, don't forget our 100% Guarantee Policy.

3. The orders take no more than 10 business days to be delivered. We have a 100% delivery rate. Which means all of our orders were received by customers within the 10 day delivery period.

4. We do not offer variations to the inventoried items.

5. If you receive your product(s) broken, you will receive a replacement. We go the extra mile for you.

6. Yes, if you decide to change your order, we can accomodate. The change must be made within a 24 hour period. Simply make changes via email, phone call or fax.

7. We do offer RUSH shipment. The time period for RUSH shipments is 2-3 Business Days. But the RUSH shipments are expensive. Shipping charges are increased to 50% of the total order. Example: If your order is $50.00, the shipping charges will be $25.00.

8. Yes, we ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

9. In our shipping equation, weight is not a factor. The shipping charge is determined by the destination and percentage of the order.
