Relating to Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped and delivered Monday-Saturday. Special delivery is
available in some instances. Please give us a call for details. Orders placed
by 5PM EST will ship that day. Orders placed after 5PM EST may ship the
following business day.

All orders will include an invoice listing every item number you ordered,
number of packs shipped, the minimum packing of the item (the cost per pack
and the total price per item ordered).

Each order, no matter how many invoice pages are generated, wil have the same
invoice number. However, for your convenience, the grand total for the entire
order will appear on the very last page.

If the code letter "S" appears after Packs ordered, it signifies the
particular item ordered required special handling.
If the code letter "C" appears after Packs ordered, it signifies that
the item was out-of-stock at the time and could not be shiped. Your invoice
will indicate a "NO CHARGE" for that items. You may reorder any out-of-stock
items on the date showon directly after the "C" under the "Packs Shipped."
**Please not that Out-of-stock merchandise is rare. But if this occurs, the
item is usually back in stock with a few days.

For your maximum protection, every order shipped by Homefurnishings1.com is
fully insured against loss, pilferage and damage. On each shipment, a Package
ID Number is included to make tracing a lost shipment easy and fast.
If you request that your order be shipped in a specific way, we will do
everything possible to honor your request. However, if your request cannot be
honored, or if you request your order will be shipped "BEST WAY", your order
will be shipped via the fastest, lowest-cost, most efficient carrier for that
order.

An order may be shipped in more than one carton. The number of cartons shipped
is coded on each carton. Shipping charges are based on the package destination
and the dollar amount of your order.
If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact our
member support department (770)485-0092, within 30 days of the date of
shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately.

During the Christmas Season, all orders received after December 8, 2006 run
the risk of being delivered after Christmas (unless a RUSH is placed on the
order--RUSH shipments are costly and should be avoided, if possible). Most
orders are received 5-7 business days after the credit card information is
verified.

Freight Charges apply within
the continental United States. Orders outside the continental United States
may incur additional charges. When ordering please remember to include
merchandise total, sales tax (if applicable), and shipping and handling.
